Each October Public Health England (part of The Department of Health) encourages people of the UK to join in their STOPTOBER campaign. They ask you to commit to STOP SMOKING a for 28 DAYS.

The campaign for 2014 has been endorsed by celebrity comedians, Al Murray The Pub Landlord, Paddy McGuinness, Lee Nelson and Andi Osho.

Andi's quote says "Don't think about what you're giving up, think about what you'll gain. Money, sparkling teeth, better sex. Your life will be like every hip hop video ever made".
