EXhales products (with the exception of eliquids and atomisation devices*) are covered with a 30 Day Guarantee.
*Atomisation devices are covered for a period of 48 hours from your receipt (we use Royal Mail Tracking as proof of delivery).
- It is important therefore to check that your atomisation devices are working correctly as soon as you receive them.
For health and safery reasons, eLiquids are sold as non-returnable items and they cannot be returned once they have been unsealed.
Purchasers should be aware that:
Electronic Cigarette atomisers and batteries, although made to the highest standards, are functional devices that may fail and will deteriorate over a period of time; more so if in daily use.
An atomisers lifespan is approx 14-80 days, and a battery has a lifespan of approx. 1-4 months or 300 charges/discharges.

Buyers purchase additional/spare atomisers and batteries for their starter kit products prior to completing their purchase which can help to ensure you are set up for continuous vaping.
Care of your Product:
Our advanced batteries contain micro-processors, and users should handle these items with exceptional care.
Do not store batteries with/near magnetised objects or electronic transmitting devices (such as car keys and mobile phones). This will help to extend the lifespan of your product(s) and keep you safe.
