Shipping:
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours. We keep all our electronic cigarettes and products in stock and ready to ship.

Returns:
We have the BEST customer service department! Any unopened item (Except Eliquids) may be returned to EXhale and items that have been opened may not be returned unless they are defective within 30 days. If you don't like one of our products, we will do what it takes to make you happy...we're very reasonable here.In case of a defective product or product part, we will be happy to replace that part free of charge. Our products have been chosen to be the best currently available. We are proud that our defective rate is less than .2%.Money Back Guarantee:Here at eXhale, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. And we seriously mean that. Refunds:
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
