We ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked™ services as standard.

Most orders (excepting all Pre Order Eliquids) will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. 

Some orders however, are sent split into multiple deliverings. Most commonly this is because one or more of the products ordered are held in our holding warehouse from which they will be dispatched. This avoids delay which would otherwise be caused by waiting for all goods to be dispatched from our main warehouse facility.

With the exception of Pre Order Eliquid, and items held at our offsite holding warehouse

  • Orders placed from midnight until 2.59pm will be processed and will leave our warehouse same day (Monday - Friday).
  • Orders placed after 3pm - 11.59pm, or orders that are placed over a weekend, or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
  • Preorder eliquid orders are processed en-mass. We place one collated bulk order with our supplier on a Tuesday (cut off for that weeks' orders is at midday). Stock arrived on Thursday and is dispatched according to your chosen shipping method.

We endeavour to keep all our electronic cigarettes and vaping products in stock and ready to ship.

We cannot accept back orders.

Packages leaving our warehouse are generally delivered within 2-3 working days however, Royal Mail policy requires that we allow up to 15 working days for an order to be received before it can be deemed as 'missing'.

When placing your order you are offered options for shipping and can select the service your require us to use.

    • For UK orders over £30.00 in value after any discount has been applied there is an additional FREE SHIPPING option offered.

This FREE SHIPPING is the same as the Royal Mail Tracked 48™ no signiture on delivery (normally £2.75)

UK shipping options are:

      • Royal Mail Tracked 48™ signiture on delivery £2.99
      • Royal Mail Tracked 48™ no signiture on delivery £2.75
      • Royal Mail Tracked 24™ signiture on delivery £4.75
      • Royal Mail Tracked 24™ no signiture on delivery £4.50

Royal Mail Tracked™ Services

Royal Mail aims to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 24™ the next working day and Royal Mail Tracked 48™ within 2 to 3 working days.


Certain postcode areas will receive a 3 day service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48™ has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of UK postcodes.

Royal Mail Tracked™ services DO NOT include Saturday deliveries.

Royal Mail Tracked™services ARE NOT the same as  Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ services

The Tracked™ service EXhale uses DOES NOT offer a guarentee of service, nor of delivery times.

Special Notes for those choosing the Royal Mail 24™ Tracked Service

Chose UK Royal Mail Tracked 24™ if ordering before 3pm and you wish to receive a next day service

(available Monday to Friday only).

Please note that:

    • If your order is placed and finalised after 3pm and you are using this service thay your order will be dispatched the following working day. You should not therefore your delivery to arrive the day after it hase been shipped.

If you order on a Friday and choose to use the Royal Mail Tracked 24™ service please note that:

    •  Royal Mail does not guarantee to deliver on a Saturday.

In the majority of cases our customers do received their package on the Saturday, however you must take this information into account before chosing this option and be aware that by doing so you are accepting that you may not receive your order until the following Monday.

  • EXhale will use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.

  • Where delivery cannot be met and we receive forewarning from Royal Mail, EXhale will make every effort to contact you in order to agree a new delivery date or, if you wish as an alternative to a new delivery you may request to receive a full refund of your purchase.

  • If in any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence EXhale shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

  • Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address as specified in the Shipping address provided on the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

  • Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods. 

International Shipping Information:

  • If the country that you wish for your order to be delivered to is not within the EU any additional charges for customs clearance and export duties must be borne by the Buyer; The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order. Additionally, please note that when ordering from The Seller (Exhale), the Buyer is considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the Goods are being received.

  • Please be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

  • Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 10 - 15 working days of acceptance of order.

Registered customers of EXhale are notified of their Royal Mail tracking number by email once we have dispatched your order and it has entered a new status of 'Shipped'.

Please use the Royal Mail Tracking number supplied in your notification email to track your parcel via the Royal Mail tracking service: 


When filling in your details during registration/when making an order please ensure that we have the correct email address.
  • If it is entered incorrect our notifications will not reach you.
  • You might also need to add to your safe list to stop spam filters from removing messages from your inbox.
