KangerTech Subox Nano Starter Kit

Review: KangerTech Subox Nano Starter Kit

Let me say from the outset that I'm in love with this nifty little Box Mod. It may have been designed for the newbie Vaper, but even as an experienced mod user, I am quite taken with it.

Since it was designed as a starter kit we will get the basics out of the way first. It comes with everything you need to get started except for ejuice and a flat top 18650 battery. The packaging is attractive, if you care and speaks of quality.

The Nano has a maximum 50w output and can fire sub ohm coils down to .03 ohms. It has charge pass through capability. This, for the new Vapers, means you can use it and charge it at the same time, a very handy feature while working or surfing the web, and just as an example of how well thought out the design is, the charging port is on the side so that it can be stood upright while plugged in.

Here is what you get:

  • 1 Kanger Kbox Nano
  • 1 Kanger Subtank Nano
  • 1 0.5 ohm coil 15-60W (Direct to Lungs inhale)
  • 1 1.5 ohm coil 10-26W (Mouth to Lungs inhale)
  • 1 Purple Micro USB charger cable
  • 1 Replacement glass

Why I Love the KangerTech Subox Nano

Ok, now that the preliminaries are out of the way here is what I love about this mod. It is one of the most comfortable designs I have ever carried. It is small, light and unobtrusive to carry.

All of the Nano's edges are rounded so it is comfortable in the hand.

Best of all, while this kit may not win any cloud chasing competitions, thanks to the new improved, shorter Kanger Subtank Nano, this kit delivers flavour that is way beyond its size.

Rating

Whether for the inexperienced Vaper wanting to a quality variable or the experienced Huffer, looking for a box mod that they can drop in a pocket and not feel weighed down, this little kit delivers and is hard to beat at such a reasonable price.

I give the KangerTech Subox Nano Starter Kit top marks.
