The most important thing when you set out is to choose one that has a nicotine strength similar to that which you have been smoking. Check your pack or pouch which will, if it was purchased in the UK, have the nicotine content stated on it. Then, once you have the mg strength of nicotine you need decided, you should be looking to begin with a flavour similar to that of your tobacco.
