This pack of 5 replacement BDC (Bottom Dual Coils) coils are for the Aspire Nautilus & mini series and arrive on a blister strip with 5 indvidual comparmentsthat can easily be separated allowing an individual coil, still in its blister to be tucked away for speedy replacement should the need arise when you are out and about.

Atomiser products are sold disposable and therefore fall outside of Exhale's normal 30 day warranty.

• Please ensure that you check your cartomiser/clearomiser/cartridge for functionality as soon as you receive it.
• Any issues or faults must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. 
• We use the Royal Mail Track & Trace system as the day/time of receipt.

Lifespan:

An atomiser/clearomiser/cartomiser/cartridge/coil's natural lifespan is approximately 14-60 days (dependant on your individual usage)

• If an atomisation device is not new then it could fail. Keep a good supply of spares!
• Although made to the highest quality and are functional devices, these products will fail and degrade over a period of time. 
• They are sold as a disposable products, need maintenance and will eventually fail at some point.

Daily Care: 

To maintain a great vaping experience it is important and in your best interests to keep your electronic cigarette and atomisaiton devices well maintained with a simple daily care regime which takes under 2 minutes of your time.

1. Clean the mouthpiece: If the mouthpiece of your device is removable it can be removed and washed through in running water, then air dried thoroughly.
• If not removable; tightly twist the corner of tissue and push and twist it into the mouthpiece to absorb moisture and residue from unvaped product.
2. Clean/Maintain the clearomiser: Make another corner twist with your tissue and wriggle this in the bottom of your clearomiser or cartridge and around the inner threads.
3. Dependant on the design of your device, check coil is secure.
4. Fill with eliquid, and replace base and/or mouthpiece.
5. Now clean the battery (with eGo type batteries we advise that you to do this before attaching to charger which ensures that liquid residues are not transferred to the charging lead, keeping its contacts clean and clear). Using tissue, twist another corner and push this into the battery cavity, wriggling it around to clean any residue from the contact points.
6. Use tissue to wipe all battery connection threads.
7. Reassemble: Attach clearomiser to battery and wipe down the entire unit to mop up any runs or spills.
8. Wash & dry hands thoroughly.
9. Store liquids and equipment out of the reach of children and pets.
