Atomiser, Cartomiser, Cartridge & Clearomiser Care

These products are sold as disposable products and therefore fall outside of our normal 21 day warranty. 

Please ensure that you check your cartomiser/clearomiser/cartridge as soon as you receive it.

Any issues or faults must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.

It is important also to care daily for your atomisation device. Ensure that you clean the contacts and threads of these each day to maintain a great vaping experience.

 

An atomiser/clearomiser/cartomiser/cartridge's natural lifespan is approximately 14-60 days.

 

If an atomisation device is not new then it could fail. Although made to the highest quality and are functional devices, these products will fail and degrade over a period of time dependent on usage. They are sold as a disposable products and will eventually fail at some point.

Replacement Cartomizers for the iPack starter Kit.

Packs of 5 cartomisers specifically designed to refill the magnificent eXhale iPack electronic cigarette.

Available in Low (8mg), Medium (12mg) or High (18mg) strengths in Menthol, Tobacco, Cherry and Coffee flavour choices.

It is also possible to refill these cartomisers using eXhales amazing e-liquids. eXhales popular Black Label Quality range can be found here.

Refilling is simple: unscrew the cartomisers from the battery and stand it mouth piece down on a suitable surface. Drip 1 or 2 drops of e-liquid onto the upturned cartridge and allow this to soak into it via the small hole. Repeat this until approx 8 drops have been absorbed. Wipe any excess liquid away and screw back onto the battery or pop the cap back on and store it in the iPack case ready for when it's  needed.
